Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received by The Uptown Seeds. Until the deposit has been paid, the requested date remains available for other enquiries.

Payments

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date via direct deposit to the nominated bank account.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

If your event is postponed, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date. Where a mutually suitable date can be arranged, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking and credited towards the final balance.

If a suitable replacement date cannot be agreed upon, the original deposit will be forfeited.

Performer Line-up

The Uptown Seeds operates as a professional collective of experienced musicians. While we strive to provide consistency in every performance, individual band members may vary from those featured in previous performances, promotional material or online content.

Unless a specific performer has been agreed to in writing as part of your booking, The Uptown Seeds reserves the right to substitute musicians with performers of equal professional standard without notice. The quality, style and overall performance experience will always remain our priority.

Event Changes

Any significant changes to event location, performance times or running schedule should be communicated as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Performance Requirements

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the performance area, suitable shelter where required, and a reliable power supply unless otherwise arranged.

Delays

If the event runs behind schedule due to circumstances outside of The Uptown Seeds' control, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timing changes where possible. Additional performance time requested beyond the original booking may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, venue closure or other unforeseen events. In these circumstances, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule where possible.

Liability

The Uptown Seeds maintains appropriate professional standards and equipment for every performance. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

Acceptance

Payment of the booking deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
